One event, start to finish
Follow one night from six weeks out to the morning after. Under each step: what Skool does.
Six weeks out
Turn on sponsor applications, and companies apply from your event page with a tier or their own amount. Their card is held until you approve. Or let our team find a sponsor for you.
Skool has no sponsor tools.
Two weeks out
Open the roles you need. Volunteers apply right from the event page, and everyone who helps is saved to your library for next time.
Skool has no volunteer roles.
On the night
Scan tickets from your dashboard, watch the room fill in real time, and message the no-shows before the speeches start.
Skool events can't be priced, so there's no ticket to scan.
The morning after
Send the survey, invoice your sponsor, and let your members' dues renew on their own. The next event starts with everyone you met at this one.
Skool renews memberships too.
