How does cancellation work?
You may cancel a monthly plan at any time from your account. Your cancellation applies from the start of your next billing period; you keep full access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Annual and lifetime purchases include a seven-day refund window from the date of purchase if you choose not to continue.
Are events included in my membership?
Event fees are separate from membership dues. Your membership unlocks platform and club access, member benefits, and advance reservation options where events are capacity-limited. Pricing for each event is shown on its page so you can see the cost before you register.
How do partner discounts work?
Partner offers vary by brand: eligibility, discount type, and redemption steps are set by each partner. In the Partners section, select an offer to view the requirements and instructions for that partner. Follow the steps shown at redemption to apply your benefit.
How do club subsidies work?
Subsidies are allocated per club and scale with participation. A club’s subsidy pool reflects engagement and the number of active paid members in that community, so groups with stronger member involvement can access greater support over time.
