About

Nexus Unbound isn't your typical networking mixer.

Once a month, we put real estate operators and tech founders in the same room for a live fireside debate no panels, no scripted small talk, no name-tag shuffling. You'll watch two sharp minds go head-to-head on a real question, then the floor opens up.

Who it's for: Real estate investors, wholesalers, developers, and operators who want to be in rooms with tech founders and builders and vice versa. This isn't a beginner mixer. Come ready to engage, not just collect business cards.

What happens: Doors open, mingling starts immediately. The fireside debate runs mid-event, followed by open networking. Capped at 40 people small by design, so every conversation actually counts.

  • Rahim Damji

    CEOProzap

Rahim started in real estate as an unlicensed assistant with no roadmap — just a willingness to learn. That path led him to build a real estate marketing company, launch a real estate platform, get licensed, and grow a team that became one of the top-producing real estate teams in Canada by volume. Along the way, he saw how overwhelming the buying process is for first-time buyers and newcomers — which is what led him to found PropZap, a platform focused on making home buying simpler and more transparent for 1st and 2nd generation Canadians.
